Technical Assistance for Construction and Reconstruction of WWTP and Main Collector in the town of Luki, Bulgaria
18.07.2013Within the framework of the project, the team of Cooperation “Sofia Consulting Group”, with partners GM Consultations EOOD and Zenith-Hydro Ltd., implemented the following main activities:
- Preparation of Integrated Investment Project “Technical Assistance for Construction and Reconstruction of WWTP and Main Collector in the town of Luki, Bulgaria” as well as all related documents, necessary for applying for grant financing within the framework of Operative Program “Environment 2007-2013”;- Conducting a pre-feasibility study for construction of WWTP and development of the necessary financial and economic analyses (cost-benefit analyses, sensitivity, risk and affordability assessments). Development of a concept design for construction of WWTP and development of a sludge management program;- Preparation of the documentation of a public procurement procedure under PTL for selection of contractors for construction of inlet collector; the contractual conditions are in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation and the requirement set forth by PTL and incorporate the contractual obligation of FIDIC (Red book) for construction of engineering projects.
