Contracting authority: National Trust Eco-Fund

• Analysis of the current state of NTEF – legal, institutional, administrative and financial;

• Analysis of the international and national institutions, conducting activities similar to these of NTEF – current status, expertise, functions, characteristics, good practices;

• Examination and analysis of the specific experience of NTEF in the management of resources within the framework of the National sachem for green investments, realized in relation to the two contracts for sale of Assigned Amount Units (AAUs), signed with Republic of Austria;

• Functional analysis of the institutional structure and the management of human resources by NTEF;

• Conducting three working seminars for presentation and discussion of the drafts of the Strategy and Action Plan for NTEF;

• Conducting meetings and consultations with representatives of key institutions (Ministries, agencies, partners, beneficiaries) in relation to the elaborated documents and the future development of NTEF.

The following documents were elaborated as a result of the implementation of the contract:

 

- Strategy for NTEF for the period 2014-2020, with three mains sections: strategy for institutional development, strategy for accumulation of resources and communication strategy

 

- Action Plan for NTEF for the period 2014-2016

 

- Text of legal acts and internal operational documents, which regulate the activity of NTEF.
