Activity 1. Elaboration of a detailed financial management system and control system (FMCS) of the project activities;

Activity 2. Training of the employees of the PIU and of the other stakeholders with the aim of improving their administrative capacity; conducting training seminars in: “Project management”, “Public tenders”, “Human resource management and teamwork”, “Financial management and administration of infrastructural project”, and “FMCS” for the members of the PIU and representatives of Radnevo municipality, which are engaged in the implementation of the Integrated Water Cycle Project for the town of Radnevo;

Activity 3. Provision of consultancy services over the course of project implementation;

Activity 4. Control activity;

Activity 5. Coordination and supervision of the progress in the implementation of project by exercising control and analyzing the time schedules for the individual activities within the framework of the project and by assessing their influence over the compliance with the set time table and implementation of the project;

Activity 6. Elaboration of a strategy for risk management during the implementation of the project;

Activity 7. Conducting periodic meetings with the members of the PIU for discussion of the progress in project implementation as well as the problems, relating to the provision of the respective services, the deliveries and construction as well as the preparation of expert stances regarding the ways or resolve and overcome those issues;

Activity 8. Conducting regular meeting with the teams of the other contractors selected to implement the project and elaboration of report of the implementation of the assigned and completed tasks.

Activity 9. Reporting the activities of the Consultant.
