Main project activities:
- Preparation (when needed) of a draft of a contract for opening of a special account for the purposes of the approved project, which is to be signed between and the Contracting Authority and a bank of his choice;
- Preparation of the necessary documents (reports) and reporting of the progress (technical and financial) in the implementation of the project and making payment on behalf of the MEE;
- Supporting the coordination with MEE for the purposes of the approved project;
- Preparation of a public tender notice for publishing information in local media about the delivery contract envisioned in the approved project;
- Preparation of tender documentation for the delivery contract envisioned in the approved project;
- Support provision during the implementation of the tender procedure for selection of a contractor, the signing of the delivery contract and its execution in compliance with the requirements set forth by the contract for financing, signed between the Contracting Authority and MEE;
- Support provision for the selection of companies to introduce a system for quality management and subsequent certification; these activities fall outside of the scope of the contract, signed between the Contracting Authority and MEE.
